1. Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Process:
Complete the Returns Form on our website with all relevant information.
After submission, our team will review your request within 24-48 working hours.
Once approved, follow the instructions provided for packaging and shipping the item back to us.
3. Shipping Costs:
For defective items or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to change of mind or incorrect size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after having received and checked the returned item.
A restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
5. Free Delivery:
Enjoy free delivery on orders over R500 within South Africa.
