Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the ‘Checkout’ page when both the destination and delivery address are selected.
A delivery fee of R99.00 will be levied on all purchases below R500.00.
FREE DELIVERY on all purchases above R500.00 within South Africa, provided it weighs below 20KG. All deliveries are couriered to your door.
Delivery Times
Our delivery times are 2-3 business days at any ‘Major Location Centres' and within 3-5 business days for outlying areas.
Major Location Centres include: Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, and Bloemfontein.
Any area outside of these Major Location Centres will be regarded as an outlying area.
Delivery Process
Our couriers deliver during usual business working hours and may require a signature on receipt; we suggest your order is delivered to a work address, rather than a home address.
Deliveries will be dispatched from Mon-Thurs until 15:00. Orders placed on Thursday after 15:00 will be dispatched on the following Monday.
No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are available.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent including your Invoice as soon as the order has been received and processed.
This email will also contain the nominated courier’s tracking number, allowing you to track your purchase.
To track your parcel, please follow the link: Track and Trace and use the tracking ID/order number sent to you in your confirmation email.
A pin number will be sent via the courier company to enter when shipment arrives.
Delivery Address and Issues
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
In the event of any difficulties regarding a delivery address, please contact onlinesupport@anushkacreations.com immediately.
Product Inspection
Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects, or damage.
Late Delivery
In the event of a late delivery, Anushka Creations will not be held responsible for any costs or damages.
